If you have questions, please inquire before purchasing. There is no implied warranty on used gear unless still valid and offered directly by the manufacturer.

    We charge a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs if after shipping the item the transaction doesn’t conclude for any reason including but not limited to; you aren’t legally allowed to take possession of the weapon, prohibition due to local or state regulations, failure of your NICS background, you are a prohibited person or you change your mind. 

    You must immediately upon purchase contact your desired local FFL and have them send  a copy of their FFL by email to FenixFirearms@icloud.com. This must come directly from the FFL and we will verify with them prior to shipping. 

    You are responsible for verifying compliance with local, state and federal laws that may apply to your geographic location and personal situation. Not all firearms are legal in all locations. 

    Failure to take delivery due to regulatory restriction will incur the 30% restocking fee and return shipping as stated in our policy above.
